📦 Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order through our trusted production partner.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Printed on high-quality materials (paper or canvas depending on selection)
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Incorrect item was received

📸 If there is an issue:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

✔ We will gladly offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase
  • After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible

📬 Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship within the United States (expand later if needed)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • CrExpressionStudio93 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

📌 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
